At Joeydolls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
